To obtain your certificates from courses that you attended at the INS 41st Annual Meeting:
You must have given the ticket stub from your course to INS (the stub was included on the handouts that you received at the course).
To proceed:
- Choose a course that you attended from the list below.
- Verify your attendance by typing in your email address (these must match the name and email address that you used to register for the meeting).
- You must answer all required questions on the evaluation form for each course. please note: the evaluation form is anonymous, your name will not be associated with your answers on the form.
- After you submit your evaluation form you will be able to download your certificate.
