Information for Exhibitors

We offer several opportunities for exhibiting and/or advertising at the 40th Annual meeting, including; exhibit booths, program advertising, insertion of flyers into delegate bags, and placement of your flyer on a “take-one table”.  Our exhibit hall will be located in the Salons Fontaine at the hotel which will also be the site of our poster sessions. This will afford a high exposure for the exhibit booths.

Our attendee base consists of Neuropsychologists, Psychologists, Speech and Hearing Professionals, Neurologists, Psychiatrists and other specialties that deal with Brain-Behavior relationships. We are anticipating approximately 1900 attendees. We typically host 15 to 20 exhibitors at our Annual Meetings.

Exhibit booths are available for $950 (1-10x10 booth) or $1600 (double booth) and include entrance to all scientific programing and receptions for 2 exhibitors per booth. Exhibit booth locations will be assigned according to the receipt of the application, first received-first assigned.  Advertisements in the meeting program are priced from $600 (see advertising application form for complete information). Cover ads are sold on a first received – first assigned basis. Prices for other opportunities are incuded on the application forms.

Please note:

• Application Forms and Ads must be received in the INS office by December 15, 2011.
• Full payment must accompany the applications.
• Official exhibit booth set-up:  Wednesday, February 15, 2012   8am -4pm
• Official exhibit booth tear-down:  Saturday, February 18, 2012   Noon - 4pm.
• General Exhibit Hours:   Wednesday: 4 – 6:30  p.m., Thursday and Friday:  8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.,     Saturday:  8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. (Security will be provided during non-exhibit hours)

The contracted exhibit decorator (GES) and customs broker (Mendelssohn)) will send the floor plan, booth assignments and shipping details to you once the plans have been finalized. All registered exhibitors will be notified by e-mail of any change in published exhibit hours.
