Information for Exhibitors

The 39th Annual INS Meeting will take place February 2-5, 2011 at the Marriott Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Our attendee base consists of Neuropsychologists, Psychologists, Speech and Hearing Professionals, Neurologists, Psychiatrists and other specialties that deal with Brain-Behavior relationships. We typically host 15 to 20 exhibitors and we anticipate approximately 2000 attendees at the meeting.

We offer several options for your company’s participation at this meeting, including; exhibit booths, program advertising, inserting flyers into delegate bags, and placing your flyer on a “take-one table”.  Our exhibit hall will be located in the Gloucester Ballroom which will also be the site of our poster sessions. This will afford a high exposure for the exhibit booths. Exhibit booth locations will be assigned according to the receipt of the application, first received-first assigned.  Cover ads are also sold on a first received – first assigned basis. The deadline for returning applications and for submitting an advertisement for the final program book is December 15, 2010.  Prices are included on the following forms:
