The official meeting venue and headquarter hotel is the Boston Marriott Copley Place, ideally located in the stylish Back Bay neighborhood in the heart of Boston's famed Copley Square—minutes away from the Boston Common, the Shops at Prudential Center, and Newbury Street shopping. The hotel is close to Logan International Airport and is located immediately adjacent to both Amtrak and MBTA stops—for attendees arriving by train or subway.
INS has arranged a special room rate for meeting attendees, starting at $149 per night. To receive the discounted INS room rate, you must have booked your room by January 15, 2016 (the cutoff date).
Booking in the INS room block is a vital way to support the INS. Doing so helps us keep our meeting registration costs at their current low rate, and keeps you close to your colleagues and all of the excitement of the INS Annual Meeting!
To book your room in the INS room block, please visit resweb.passkey.com/go/INS2016.
Or, contact the hotel's central reservations department by calling 1-617-236-5800 (or U.S. toll-free: 800-228-9290) and tell them you are an attendee of the International Neuropsychological Society (or INS) Annual Meeting.
Wireless Internet in Guest Rooms: All INS guest rooms offer wireless internet access for a discounted rate. All members of Marriott Rewards are now entitled to receive FREE WIRELESS internet in their hotel room. To join Marriott Rewards and save on your Boston hotel bill, please visit their website here.
INS continues to welcome professional groups and individual attendees who wish to hold small meetings or receptions during the Annual Meeting. INS is pleased to make this space available at no charge to registered meeting attendees. Requests will be considered in the order they are received, as meeting space is limited. All requests to hold ancillary meetings or events must be submitted to INS; do not contact the hotel directly.
Please Note: As of January 25th, we are no longer accepting ancillary meeting applications by email. If you have not already submitted your request, but still wish to reserve ancillary space at the upcoming meeting, you must inquire at the INS Registration Desk on-site in Boston. Please complete the form in advance and bring it with you if possible.
To request INS ancillary meeting space, please download and submit the request form here. Please carefully review all policies on the request form prior to submitting your request.
Volunteer shifts may still be available! Please stop by the INS Registration Desk to inquire.
