INS London 2016 Highlights
The Mid-Year Meeting of the International Neuropsychological Society, held in London, UK, 6th-8th July 2016, concluded with top reviews for its program. Over 700 attendees, from 43 different countries attended this year.
Jointly held with the British Psychological Society Division of Neuropsychology and the British Neuropsychological Society, the main theme of the meeting was "From Neurones to Neurorehabilitation" with the aim of spanning cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychology and integrating recent developments in neuropsychological rehabilitation. The conference incorporated experimental approaches to neuropsychology and clinical neuropsychology, including assessment and rehabilitation.
Plenary sessions featured distinguished keynote speakers, including Professors Giamcomo Rizzolatti (Italy), Eleanor Maguire (UK), Cathy Price (UK), Angela Sirigu (France), Edward De Haan (Netherlands), Kathleen Haaland (USA) and Barbara Wilson (UK).

The INS is pleased to announce that this year's Birch Lecture, From Mirror Neurons to Mirror Brain, was presented by Professor Giamcomo Rizzolatti and supported, in part, by a generous, unrestricted educational grant from Pearson.
