POSTER PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS

    Your upload will serve as your presentation, you are not expected to present live during your virtual session. Registrants will be able to leave comments and questions on your abstract page.

  1. REQUIRED: You must complete the following Speaker Disclosure form in order to present at the Annual Meeting.

  3. REQUIRED: You must submit a virtual version of your poster. Please log-in to your abstract on Oxford Abstracts, click on the pencil icon next to your abstract name to edit, scroll to the bottom of the submission form and upload a 1 page PDF version of your poster, then click Submit.
  4. Please note that a 1080 pixel height x 1536 pixel width and less than 10MB max size is ideal. Attendees will be able to zoom-in on your poster content.

    This poster will be available to all registrants in a virtual format a week after the in-person meeting is completed. You are required to complete your upload by January 10th, please note that we will be unable to extend this deadline.

  5. OPTIONAL: Poster presenters may pre-record a 5 Minute Maximum presentation in Zoom and upload it using the link below. We ask that you do not exceed the maximum allotted time to allow all presenters equal time, we reserve the right not to share videos that exceed this time frame. This recording will be available to all registrants in a virtual format a week after the in-person meeting is completed. The deadline for uploading your video will be January 10th, please note that we will be unable to extend this deadline.
  6. Pick your Poster session from the pull-down menu, then select your abstract, listed in alphabetical order, and upload your file. This recording is not required.
