Will the New Orleans meeting be Virtual?
YES. Live viewing is Wednesday February 2 – Friday February 4, 2022 and all registrants will have access to live and on demand content

Will the New Orleans meeting be In-Person?
No.

Will the New Orleans meeting be live streamed?
There will be approximately 5 hours of live presentations Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and all other presentations will be on-demand.

How long will I have to view on demand presentations?
You have up to 6 months.

How soon will I know the schedule?
We are working on it now and will continue to update you.

What does your Registration Include?
Viewing of ALL live and on demand content including Plenaries, Invited Symposia, Special Programming, Symposia, Paper, & Poster Sessions, Awards Ceremony.

Can I attend CE Workshops 1 – 12?
YES for an additional fee.

I paid for a Breakfast CE Workshop, What can I do now?
We can give you an extra CE from the Breakfast CE workshops 7-12 or refund you the difference contact registration@the-ins.org.

Do I have to pay for Plenaries or Invited Symposia?
These are included with your registration.

Do I have to pay for CE Credit if I want for Plenaries or Invited Symposia?
Yes only if you want CE Credit but they are otherwise included in your registration.

Will my registration fee change now that the meeting is virtual only?
The cost remains the same.

I need CE for New York can you tell me the restrictions?
In response to COVID-19, and for those licensees whose registrations are due to renew March 1, 2020 – July 1, 2022, the Department will grant an adjustment to all licensees to complete up to 100% of the continuing education as self-study. Additionally, the Department will grant an adjustment to all licensees, regardless of registration renewal date, to utilize self-study for any coursework taken during the period from March 1, 2020 – July 1, 2022. Coursework taken outside that timeframe must meet the continuing education requirements in each individual profession’s laws and regulations.

Can I get a refund?
Yes. INS follows the following Returned Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Each full or partial cancellation is subject to the following fee schedule:
Until Jan 26: Refund less a $50 fee (Students: less a $20 fee)
After Jan 26: No refunds after this date


All full and partial cancellations must be submitted via email to: registration@the-ins.org (cancellations are not accepted by phone). Granted refunds will be issued within 3-5 weeks of the date of the request and will be issued via the original payment method. All returned checks or contested payments are subject to a $30 processing fee.

The International Neuropsychological Society (INS) INS cannot be responsible for any unexpected incurred costs with your meeting planning.
