Returned Payment & Cancellation Policy: All full and partial cancellations must be submitted via email to: registration@the-ins.org (cancellations are not accepted by phone). Granted refunds will be issued within 3-5 weeks of the date of the request and will be issued via the original payment method. All returned checks or contested payments are subject to a $30 processing fee. Each full or partial cancellation is subject to the following fee schedule: Until Jan 4: Refund less a $50 fee (Students: less a $20 fee) Until Jan 25: Refund less a $75 fee (Students: less a $30 fee) After Jan 26: No refunds after this date

Neither INS, the meeting site/venue, or any attendees can be held liable if an attendee becomes sick during or as a result of attendance at the INS Annual Meeting.
