Q. I’m logged in, why can’t I see my abstract?
A. Please ensure that you used the same email address that you used when you originally submitted your abstract. If you registered with a different email address, please contact ins@the-ins.org to have your accounts merged.

Q. How do I upload my poster?
A. Once logged in: Click the Poster Upload button, then click Upload file which will open a browser window on your computer where you will select and upload the poster file.
If you have multiple posters, you will need to upload each one individually. Allowed file types: PDF, PDFX, JPG.
Please note the deadline for uploading your poster will be Tuesday, June 30th 11:59pm EST.

Q. Can I edit my abstract?
A. You will not be able to edit the abstract content. Please email abstracts@the-ins.org to request changes.

Q. Do I have to register for the meeting to present?
A. In order to interact with attendees, you will need to register. Registration prices can be found here: https://www.the-ins.org/meetings/vc2020/price-list/

Q. Why can’t I see my co-authors?
A. Limited abstract information was uploaded to the virtual platform, all co-authors will be included in the JINS publication.

Q. How can I get a certificate of attendance?
A. One will be sent automatically to the email you registered with after the virtual event.
