Accompanying Person Ticket: Non-scientific guests must be registered as an accompanying person, and may attend the Awards Ceremony, Welcome Reception, conference-wide coffee breaks. Does not include admittance to scientific or plenary sessions.
Returned Payment & Cancellation Policy:
All full and partial cancellations must be submitted via email to: registration@the-ins.org (cancellations are not accepted by phone).
Granted refunds will be issued within 3-5 weeks of the date of the request and will be issued via the original payment method.
All returned checks or contested payments are subject to a $30 processing fee.
Each full or partial cancellation is subject to the following fee schedule:
Until Jan 4: Refund less a $50 fee (Students: less a $20 fee)
Until Jan 26: Refund less a $75 fee (Students: less a $30 fee)
After Jan 26: No refunds after this date
The International Neuropsychological Society (INS) is not liable for any illness acquired from or during attendance at the 2023 INS 51st Annual Meeting at the Town and Country Resort San Diego. Neither INS, the meeting site/venue, or any attendees can be held liable if an attendee becomes sick during or as a result of attendance at the INS Annual Meeting. By attending the meeting in person, you are agreeing to this waiver of liability.
